Delivery & Returns Policy

Delivery Policy

We reserve up to two weeks to process and ship regular orders from the date your order is placed.

Custom and commissioned paintings may take 1-3 months to complete, depending on the size and complexity of your piece.

You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships. If it’s been more than two weeks and you haven’t received tracking, please reach out to hello@havynhandmade.com so we can assist.

Once a package has left our hands and is in the possession of the carrier, Havyn is not responsible for delays, stolen items, or packages lost in transit.

 


 

Return & Exchange Policy

Online Purchases

Please contact us within 10 days of delivery at hello@havynhandmade.com to initiate a return or exchange.

If your item arrives damaged or has a production flaw, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund once we receive the original item back.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the issue is due to our error.

Craft Shows & Off-Site Events

Items purchased at in-person craft shows or events may be exchanged during the event only.

After the event concludes, exchanges or returns cannot be processed.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Individually sold walnut silhouettes (not attached to a piece of art)

  • Custom paintings and personalized artwork

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards

  • DIY kits

 


 

Final Sale Reminder

Because each piece is made by hand, variations in wood grain, texture, and finish are part of what make your artwork unique. These natural differences are not considered flaws but rather history and rustic charm that add to the one-of-a-kind quality of your piece.
